Dila's acrylic paintings are vibrant and colorful like the nature and people of Brazil.
Dila Vidal grew up watching her father painting. On her youth she was stimulated to do handcraft work on her house which was a lot of fun and became an opportunity for training and experimenting.
However, a little later she dedicated her life to her 3 children. When they were growing up she started to look again for her passion, for something to do with her creativity, inspiration and her knowledge. Painting was a natural choice and she was surprised by the success of her multicolored canvases.
Dila’s art is about story telling. She’s just painting through conviction about what she loves and cares about - the shapes of Rio de Janeiro, the colors of fabrics, clothes and nature in Brazil.
