Return and Refund Policy 

All sales are final. 

Duetto Arts is committed to your satisfaction. We will give you 2 days from the date you have received an artwork to inform whether there is a problem with the piece. 

When we confirm that the artwork should be returned to us, the artwork must be returned to Duetto Arts in its original condition and packaging.

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within two (2) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Duetto Arts and the work is damaged, you have:

Two (2) days to contact us about the problem. 
Two (2) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. Please do NOT ship the artwork before contacting us.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 2 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 2 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
