Please be advised that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order. Currently, overnight shipping is not available.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Most of our orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. However, depending on the shipping option (from Overnight to Standard) you chose at checkout and your location, it may take up to 21 days for you to receive your artwork. Shipments or deliveries may occur on weekends.
Why your location matters? We are a New York based company. Therefore, if you are in other country and the artwork has to go trough customs, it may take a little longer.
But don not worry, we will keep you updated.
We ship all orders to a United States address via FedEx or USPS.
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via FedEx. We ship to over 200 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. Standard Delivery 4 - 6 business days
Express Delivery 2 - 4 business days
Local Delivery / Curbside Pickup - It’s safe and free. Same day delivery / pickup now available on select items.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Our packages are insured by the shippers.
All artwork are eligible to ship internationally.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees including import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT).
