Nowadays we live surrounded by profound crises and tensions. Perhaps just the breeze that comes from the ocean will bring "eternal Sundays" and we will forget the daily pain.
Being a Brazilian photographer I like to watch closely everything that happens in my country. Right now, we are going through profound crises - that hopefully will bring better opportunities and a more developed and peaceful nation. However, at the moment there is a lot of tension, sadness, "pain". Going to the beach on a Sunday, you'll notice that Brazilian beaches are the largest open area for leisure and the best of all.... its free! Therefore, all Brazilians - rich or poor - will be there enjoying the sun, the sand and the water and that joyful atmosphere. Once you are at the beach, it is like all your troubles go away, maybe just for 1 hour or 1 day, but all troubles and pain are gone and people look happy again.
This collection is inspired by this eternal Sunday, this moment of happiness and forgetfulness at the beach.
